From Springfield, Ohio newspaper (undated) Miss Agnes V. GARRITY, 87, of 501 S. Limestone Street, died at 7 am Friday in Community Hospital. She was born November 16, 1889, in Springfield, the daughter of Patrick and Bridget FARRELL. GARRITY and was a life resident of Springfield. Miss GARRITY was a member of the St. Raphael Catholic Church, the Altar and Rosary Sodality, the Pilot Club, the Library Guild and Mercy Medical Center and the Friendship Club of the First Baptist Church.
She was a retired 50-year employee of Crowell-Collier Publishing Co. where she was a supervisor of the agents department. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Catherine WELSH; a sister-in-law, and a number of nieces and nephews. Three sisters and three brothers are dead. Funeral Mass will be sung at St. Raphael's Catholic Church. Burial at Calvary Cemetery.
